Dr. Chen's Vision: Why I Volunteered 

Conceptual Establishment of this Non Profit Organization

 

 

While the western medicine care reaches its boundary after the necessary operations and the Chinese medicine care reaches its limitation after the mild herbs homogenized adjustment, we as a indivisual Being must take the responsibility to care for ourselves. After all, We should not loose the battle of care of our own healthiness at the end of our life.

 

Dr. Jing Liu provided us this new element of exercise movement, which we can have health care at our own control. Dao Yin Movement is not only a set of Kong-Fu Martial Art fit for younger people to experience the Qi-Gong enhancement, but also movements which have effects more than just the comment exercises, Dr. Liu educate us how and why the over exercise or incorrectly exercise can sometimes hurt ourselves.  He explains the medical benefits of why we are doing this movement in certain way to stimulate the spinal core that controls and enhances all the internal organs.

 

Dr. Liu treated many patients in his clinic practices and found many common problems such as muscle discomfort and internal organs unfitness and they can also be improved by doing the movement that his developed through years of experience.

 

I feel obligated to help organize ourself and presented to you this Dao Yin Movement Society. Our Goal is set up our group action as a Non Profit Organization. This NPO Organization will provide all levels of movement exercise opportunities, health information exchange, actions such as, lectures, opening classes for a set of period at various society groups and later on to have our own stationary movement locations for people who want the exercise more often than a weekly base. 

 

This Dao Yin Movement Society differential itself from other organizations such as martial art training, Tai-Chi exercise and physical therapies because it provides the reasons and explains and enhanced medical benefits. Its provides also the opportunities for mental cultivation, physical regimen exercise and conceptual Longevity selfcares.
