導引功是醫學氣功和意念導引相结合的肢體運動。特㸃是将螺旋牵拉与身体運動融为一體,具有輕鬆心身,疏筋活血的功能。導引功强調旋展脊柱、圆動肩臂腰胯、鬆肩收臀等练功方法。導引功强调腹式呼吸應該成为日常生活的一種健康的習惯,是學習氣功運氣的起㸃,具有平衡自主神經,安寧心神等功效。

 

導引功社成立的宗旨;为热爱健康的大众,提供學習及塲地,建構一个專家、學者和学员的保健知識的交流平台。提倡東方醫學原理,尊重西方醫學成果,發揮自身能量的潜质,以非營利組織的形式,將導引功自然療法的功效有規劃的传达給每一個學習的個人!

 

Daoyin Movement is medical Qi Gong of mind body practice focused on stretching and flexing using deep breathing technique. The dynamic gentle spiral stretching movements with the abdominal breathing skill is the key to unblock the energy or qi flow in the body, strengthen muscles, ligaments, and tendons.

 

The flowing movements includes gentle rotation around shoulder, arm, waist and hip, focused on correct spinal alignment, increasing flexibility and range of motion, improve the digestive system, and remove stress from the back. Meanwhile by focusing mind on the movement and breathing, keep the attention on the present, clears the mind and leads to a relaxed state.

 

Daoyin Movement Society was founded as the nonprofit organization to provide a learning and practice environment for healthy living people to gather together practice and exchange ideas; to promote the oriental medicine and respect the evidence based western medicine; to discover self-energy for the nature cures of each individual.
