Objective and Goal
The objective of the Dao Yin Movement Society is to provide the Dao Yin Gong, a special designed physical exercise and meditation with medical reasoning benefits, at the aim of facilitating its Members who have the genuine interests in pursuing a better quality of health through the exercise, cultivation and fitness.
Dao Yin Flow Movement has integrated knowledge from modern medical sciences in order to provide more effective approach for health. Dao Yin Movement is a combination of “Qi” exercise, stretching and flexing. The multiple oriented and soft movements may effectively stretch the spine, joints and tendons. The characteristic of the movement is Moving, Twisting Stretching and flowing for the optimal effects on improving flexibility, balance and muscular strength while enhancing inner calmness and energy .The major principle of the “Qi” exercise is to use abdomen breathing technique to improve the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve system balance. As the result, the mental and physical health can be promoted.
Dr. Jing Liu., has been teaching and lecturing Dao Yin Movement at Lexington (Massachusetts Buddhist Association), Winchester Senior Center, Tuffs Medical Center, GBCCA culture Center, and Acton (Chinese school), etc. for more than 2 years now, and have more than hundreds of audience and members. The student Questionary Survey results were extraordinary favored in helped their physical health, scored 2.93 out of 3.
Dao Yin Movement is derived from the ancient forms of Tai-Ji, Qigong, and other martial arts , developed by Dr. Jing Liu., specialized in integrated medicine for 40 years. In order to teach and help more people, the movement is going to be taught to special groups of the people such as elderly, patients with cancer or fibromyalgia, etc.
We feel obligated to establish this Non Profit Organization and we have well prepared for the mission. For the purpose, we have established the operation team, coach and student training program, website, advertisement, Logo Flag, and Student Satisfactory Survey, etc.
